She was always looking for who Kim is, her favorite scenes for shooting and more. When you’re juggling with Felicity and you’re actually playing someone like Kim, are you really coming off the set and forgetting the set? So Kim was obviously a different character from Smoak on Arrow, but she was so much more than that. She always brought such an energy boost when she showed up in Arrow’s early days, so I’m really excited to play her.
Emily was trained in musical theatre, but I never sang or danced in the Arrowverse, and even I was supposed to be in one of them. I am a singer – songwriter – I studied for musical theatre, so I had to perform on the screen and sing and dance. The actress is no longer part of the main cast and has resumed her role as Felicity for the final episode. She’s played a small part, mainly as Felicity Smoak, but she’s still one of my favourite characters on the show.
Rickards’ performance has earned her plenty of praise, which she shares with co-star Stephen Amell, as well as a number of awards. I don’t know if anyone likes what I’m saying. I say, but As I got older, I realised that I actually adored her and was related to her. I feel like Felicity has been doing this all along, so I’m taking what I can get.
